FERMOY SAUVIGNON BLANC Passionfruit, kiwi and guava fruits combine with subtle herbal notes of lime leaf, lemon thyme and lavender. Textured and mouth-filling, fleshy fruits of pear and guava fill the mid-palate before intertwining with hints of nutty oak spice and flinty complexity. A soft, talc-like mineral acid focuses the finish around notes of cashew, lemon barley and kaffir lime. A cooler vintage by Margaret River standards resulting in white wines with heightened aromatics and bright natural acids. Ready for immediate drinking and will continue to drink well over the next 3-4 years.

Château Pichon Baron 2012 is a magnificent Pauillac made from a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. The color of an impressive depth is almost black. The nose is fine with nice fruity notes, subtle and noble. On the palate Château Pichon Baron 2012 is impressive balance, wines are sweet, powerful, tannins melting.
